Hey allemaal!

Hey guys!
The past half year I lived in Ireland for my bachelor. Besides getting to know a great, beautiful country, I also found some great crafts shops there (there being Cork). One of those, the Vibes & Scribes, was by far my favourite. You might think this a weird name for a crafts shop and of course you're right. They started out as a bookshop. Two bookshops actually, one with new books and one with second hand books. Not long ago they also started a crafts shop, with not one, not two, but three different levels. The basement is filled with wool and the first time I entered it felt like decending into haven (oxymoron, I know xD). The groundlevel is dedicated to sewing, with books, buttons, hundreds of different types of fabrics and you name it. The first level is filled with stuff you need for all other creative hobbies you can think of, from painting to making clocks.
Of course I crafted a lot in Cork. The ball of yarn you can see above didn't come from Vibes & Scribes, but from a way smaller wool shop near the English Market. And then I had to think of something to make with it. After thinking on it for a while I decided on a hat and mittens. The results you can see above. What do you think??
